Cancellations and Returns
Product cancellations prior to printing will be refunded in full.
Products canceled after printing will incur a fee of 50% of the actual amount paid. This order cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgement, but before shipment of goods or execution of services.
Products may not be canceled after they are shipped.
If you are not happy with your print products, please let us know and we’ll further discuss a solution to make it right.
If your print product has a defect, we will fix or replace it at our expense.
